SIMBA HDPE pipes are manufactured and conform to international standard DIN 8074 and Uganda Standard UNBS US 482:2002 specifications. The dimensions are based on ISO/R-161-1960. SIMBA HDPE pipes are available in diameter OD 20mm to 250mm and pressure rating PN6, PN10 and PN16 with complete range of compression fittings and fusion welding machines.
SIMBA HDPE is made up of high density polyethylene (HDPE) plastic material. It is the recommended material for the manufacture of high pressure pipes and is renowned worldwide for its reliability, it's toughness, resistance to chemical attack and its immunity to weather conditions, making it an excellent material to convoy water.
SIMBA PVC is manufactured in metric sizes from OD 20mm to 400mm in a range of pressure ratings PN2.5, PN4, PN6, PN10 and PN16 bar conforming to DIN 8062 standard and Uganda Standard UNBS US 264:2001. The equivalent standards are BS 3505 & ISO 161/1.
SIMBA PVC is made of unplasticized Poly Vinyl Chloride. It is the established material for potable water & industrial fluid handling. Its inherent smooth walls provide a superior flow characteristics reducing long term operating costs.
Each twenty foot length (6metres) of pipe can be supplied with a cement solvent joint or rubber ring joint with an integral rubber ring seal joint. The rubber ring creates an easy-to -install push-on joint that automatically accommodates thermal expansion and contractions. The integral-bell joint meets the same pressure capacity requirements as the uPVC pipe itself.
The rubber ring joint is available on sizes from 63mm and above and pressure ratings PN6 and above.

Multiple Industries produces a high quality range of uPVC Borewell Casings and Screens manufactured in accordance to German Standard DIN 4925. The standard DIN 8061 applies as well for materials and workmanship of pipes used in the manufacture of casing and screen.
The common sizes are 4” (113mm), 4 ½” (125mm), 5” (140mm) and 6” (165mm).
The Casing and Screens are made from unplasticized polyvinyl chloride compound and are colored blue. They are supplied with the male pipe thread at the spigot end and a female pipe thread at the socket end.
Screens can be supplied with a plain surface. Slots are arranged horizontally to improve the mechanical strength of the screens and are designed to give open areas ranging from 6% to 12% depending on the size and slot width.

We are a specialist manufacturer of superior quality precast concrete M2 Pavers. M2 Pavers are fully engineered in the factory to give consistency and accuracy.

Application Areas:
Simba Rebars have the ability to resist all kinds of forces acting upon a building. They make buildings safe for its residents by tolerating various damaging forces acting on foundations, beams, columns, slabs etc.
To make the buildings strong and long-lasting, steel rebars must be of good quality and strength. Simba Rebars are manufactured to the British Standard BS 4449. They are available in Grade 460 & 500 in sizes 6mm to 50mm in 11.8 meter lengths.
Simba Rebars have excellent ductility, bendability and weldability.
PVC skirting keeps a room looking neat and professionally finished. The system has a one-of-a-kind concealed-cable feature which ensures your wires are neatly tucked away and protected from damage.
The PVC skirting does not absorb any water, is non-flammable, low-cost and requires no maintenance. The system works on clips and doesn’t use any nails, thereby enhancing the neat, clean look.
The builder can rest assured that he need not work on expansion allowances. The lineal movement of uPVC foamed profiles is controlled within the cellular structure. The profile will absorb strain energy within itself, thus minimising the need for expansion allowances.
A beautiful surface finish is achieved by an outer casing of PVC woodgrain foil applied with a hot melt polyurethane adhesive. This provides a tough, waterproof bond.

It is the responsibility of the engineer to ensure that the correct product is specified. The appropriate class of manhole top to be used depends upon the place of installation. The selection of the appropriate class is the responsibility of the designer. Where there is any doubt, the stronger class should be selected.
