Hi-tech cellular structure of the fascia & barge boards is set to replace the traditional materials. Installation of the fascia and barge board is fast and uncomplicated offering contractors large savings in installation costs, and to home owners, a clean, white no maintenance finish.

Advantages of the system

1. Low Cost

No counter sink, drilling, planning, sanding, priming, undercoating and painting.

2. Trouble free installation

The unique uPVC structure behaves just like timber. It can be cut, screwed and nailed with standard woodworking equipment. It is lightweight, tough and robust.

3. No maintenance

The uPVC foam and outer skin cannot rot and is easily cleaned with warm soapy water.

4. Dimensional Stability

In general the linear thermal movement of uPVC foam profile is controlled within the cellular profile design and by the method of fixing. The foam structure of uPVC profile will absorb strain energy within itself thus minimizing the need for expansion allowances.

5. Strength

Gutter brackets can be mounted directly on to the uPVC fascia. It is advisable to spread the gutter load wherever possible by securing gutter brackets directly through the fascia on to the rafter timbers.

6. UV Resistance

SIMBA uPVC products are titanium modified to reduce the harmful effects of the sun thereby prolonging life, whiteness and elegant finish.
