Simba Tegra 400 (Inspection Chambers and Manholes)
SIMBA TEGRA 400 is a complete inspection chamber with a shaft diameter of 400mm. This inspection chamber offers many features, having great impact on ease of installation and durability.
 Flow profiles
There are two profile designs:
Straight version (180degrees).
Multiple inlet version:
135 degrees, 180 degrees and 225 degress inlet. Outlet at 0 degrees. Covering most used pipeline layouts
Pipe connections
Well proven Wafix rubber ring socket design for 110mm, 160mm and 200mm OD smooth pipes. The Wafix sealing construction assures you of a watertight connection.
No chance of infiltration of ground-water. No road deformations due to flushing of supportive backfill. No population of groundwater.

Telescopic upper shaft including factory assembled ventilated and non-ventilated gratings, type B 125 (square 355 mm) and D 400 (Circular 520 mm).
Cast iron covers for 400 mm shaft with children’s lock for private area only. Grating for installation in road constructions, consisting of a concrete slab and cast iron grating.
New from waving is the PP cover, type A15 (400mm). Less weight. Easy to handle, predestined for shafts that need to be opened for inspection very often.
Installation
The Tegra 400 must be installed on a suitable bedding material on spirit level. The pipe connections can be made in the same way as the standard ring seal jointing of fittings. The shaft has to be cut to required depth. The different covers which are available, fit either on the shaft or on the telescopic adapter.
